Our Sisterhood
Sisterhood is at the heart of Theta Gamma Tau.
We believe that sisterhood means showing up for one another—not only during celebrations, but also during life's challenging seasons. It means having someone to celebrate your accomplishments, encourage you when you are discouraged, listen when you need to be heard, and remind you of your worth when you forget.
Our Big Sister and Little Sister relationships, mentorship opportunities, events, and shared experiences help create connections that extend far beyond the moment of induction.
Leadership

Theta Gamma Tau provides opportunities for members to develop their leadership skills, discover their strengths, build confidence, and serve their communities. We encourage our sisters to lead with integrity, communicate with purpose, collaborate with others, and leave every organization and community better than they found it.
Scholarship & Intellectual Wellness
Learning does not end when the classroom does.
Theta Gamma Tau encourages lifelong learning and intellectual growth through educational programs, workshops, discussions, professional development, reading initiatives, and opportunities to exchange knowledge and experiences.
Our Pearls of Wisdom initiatives provide opportunities for sisters to learn from one another, develop new skills, share life experiences, and continue growing intellectually and personally.

National Initiatives
Theta Gamma Tau Sorority, Inc. is committed to creating meaningful change through its philanthropic initiatives, which focus on four key areas: mental health awareness, Black women's reproductive health, environmental stewardship and preparedness, and advocacy for survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. Through education, service, and community engagement, we strive to empower individuals, support underserved communities, and inspire lasting impact.
